e-PAIA is a revolutionary web application developed by Webroute to simplify all your Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) requirements for private and public sectors in South Africa.
Launched in 2010, e-PAIA will find solutions to all your PAIA-related requests in relation to Close Corporations, Corporations, (Pty) Ltd Companies, Trusts, Associations, Body Corporates and Cooperatives.
In three simple online steps, you will have access to the information you request:
1. Register. Our registration process is quick and easy so that you experience a hassle-free registration.
2. Select a package. Browse through our package options and select the option that best suits you.
3. Payment options. Select your preferred payment option.
Please keep in mind that the Act applies to juristic persons whether or not they carry on a trade or business. It is also important to have knowledge of how to comply with legislations and PAIA, the Section 51 manual and Section 32 of the Constitution.
